I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns.
I charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items. Items should be returned in their original packaging, and shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
(I will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee if you are returning due to faulty craftsmanship or an error on my end.)
Please note that I do not accept any returns or exchanges on any sale items or custom/personalized pieces.
