Thick Thighs Save Lives Heart Necklace

Celebrate the thick thighs y’all. I was a teenager in the late 90’s early aughts… which was a brutal time to not be rail thin. Ugh…. And the way low rise jeans are coming back I can tell we are about to cycle right back through that era. So this necklace and a few others I’ve made is in direct opposition to that. I love all bodies. Absolutely love them. But representation matters and we can’t walk around face tuned and photoshopped…. so I needed to add more thick thighs into the universe to balance everything out.

This entire line of jewelry is about self love. Pin Up Girls have always seemed so empowered, which is something I am working on within myself and has now become something I want to remind other people to do. 

There are made from Sterling silver, copper and brass that I have oxidized.  This necklace comes on a 18” chain.
